You can still help Stephen and help us to help others by donating to his chosen charity, please read on. Although Stephen loved flowers, he considered a load of flowers left to rot at a crematorium a waste of money although the sentiment was very much appreciated.
He asked that when his time came that any money someone may have considered spending on flowers as a final farewell tribute would be better used for charitable causes.
He knew beautiful flowers may last a week or two whereas a donation to charity would represent a longer lasting legacy for him. With this in mind we would ask that you consider making a donation to his chosen cause, just click anywhere in this text to make a donation.
Stephen chose two charities, BT Buddies and Christies Neuroscience Department. We have worked with BT Buddies as a specialist Brain Tumour charity to ensure this money finds it's way to the correct department as opposed to the "general" fund as brain tumours receive less than 1% of all monies spent on cancer research despite then killing more people under 40 years old than any other cancer.
Please help us raise as much as possible in Stephens memory, he would be truly proud to think his passing can make a positive difference to others fighting this terrible disease.
